These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SendMini.com ("SendMini," "we," "us," or "our"), including the image compressor and related free online tools. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Description of service

SendMini provides browser-based utilities to compress images, minify code, shorten URLs, and generate QR codes (where available). Unless stated otherwise for a specific tool, processing occurs locally in your web browser. We do not require account registration to use the core tools.

2. No file upload (image compressor)

The image compression tool processes files entirely on your device using client-side technology (HTML5 Canvas). Your images are not transmitted to our servers for compression. You are solely responsible for the content of files you process and for complying with applicable laws regarding those files.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use SendMini for any unlawful purpose or to process illegal, infringing, or harmful content;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the website or its security measures;
• Use automated means to access the site in a manner that imposes unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• Misrepresent SendMini as affiliated with another service or remove legal notices from our pages.

4. Free service and advertisements

SendMini is offered free of charge. We may introduce third-party advertising in the future; any such ads would be provided by independent partners under their own terms and privacy practices.

5. No warranties

THE SITE AND TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that compression will achieve a specific file size reduction, that output quality will meet your expectations, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Results depend on your source file, settings, and browser capabilities.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENDMINI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (WHICH IS ZERO FOR FREE USE), WHICHEVER IS GREATER WHERE SUCH CAP IS PERMITTED BY LAW.

7. Intellectual property

The SendMini name, branding, website design, and original content are owned by SendMini or its licensors. You retain all rights to files you upload or process. We claim no ownership over your images or output files.

8. Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party websites or embed third-party scripts (including advertising). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Changes to the service and terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of SendMini at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where SendMini operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
